North Korea has fired a ballistic missile that has flown over Japan in the latest in a series of provocations.
Monday was the second time in four days that North Korea has launched a missile.
Shinzo Abe, Japan’s prime minister, said North Korea’s launch of a missile over its territory was an unprecedented, serious and grave threat as he called for an emergency UN Security Council meeting.
