Dozens of Palestinians have been injured and arrested during the fourth day of protests, against the US decision to declare Jerusalem the capital of Israel.
In occupied East Jerusalem, Israeli forces fired stun grenades and tear gas as they charged through a crowd of peaceful demonstrators at one of the city’s busiest shopping streets.
